YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & staying in touch.
Who looks after your information
AC Equine, managed by Aimée Cayless, uses information you submit to respond to enquiries and, when you ask us to, send news about our horses and work. Contact aimee@acequine-retraining.com about your information.
Enquiries
We store your name, email address, enquiry type and message in our protected editing system so Aimée can respond. Please do not include sensitive veterinary reports or personal documents in the public enquiry form.
Mailing list
We store your email address, signup date and your agreement to receive updates. Enquiry contacts are not automatically added. Your consent is our basis for sending newsletter updates.
You can leave the mailing list or request deletion by emailing Aimée with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Future newsletters will include an unsubscribe option. We retain your subscription until you leave or it is no longer needed.
Storage and cookies
Submitted information is stored in the website’s hosting database and is accessible to authorised editors. Essential session cookies protect forms and editor sign-in. If an editor chooses 30-day sign-in, a secure sign-in cookie remembers that device for up to 30 days. Signing out removes its remembered access. This browser can also remember that you have used Yard Office so its editing shortcut remains easy to find. We do not use advertising trackers.
Anonymous website statistics
We count public page views and selected link clicks to improve this website. Counts are grouped by day, page and link type. We do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, full referring addresses or individual browsing histories in these statistics, and do not share them with an analytics company. Daily totals are pruned to the last 400 days when counts are collected or viewed. Signed-in editors and recognised bots are excluded, but counts are approximate and are not unique people.
You can stop these counts on this browser below. Your choice is stored on this device; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are also respected.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information using the email above, or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. This notice will be updated if the way your information is used changes.
